19th Century French Large Beechwood Footstool Reupholstered in Sage Green Velvet

A beautiful antique 19th Century large French beechwood buttoned footstool on carved Queen Anne cabriole legs and reupholstered in a stunning sage green velvet with antique bronzed studs.
Condition:
In very good condition with no damage to note apart from the minor nicks, dents and previous repairs which are to be expected with vintage and antique pieces and adds to their character. There are signs of historic woodworm which I have fully treated and is long since active.  I have stripped the footstool to the bare beechwood frame and completely reupholstered using traditional upholstery methods in sage green velvet and added matching velvet buttons.Check out my 5 star reviews on Etsy and Vinterior.

    I do accept returns under certain circumstances, however I do not accept returns if you decide on receipt of your item that the size isn't right or doesn't suit your space, or if the colour isn't as you expected. To avoid disappointment please double check the dimensions and the colour / finish before making your purchase and please do get in touch should you require any further information or clarity.

    Cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge of £50 to cover card merchant services and admin fees. If a courier has been booked and paid for the full cost of delivery charge will be paid by the customer (courier charges are 50% subsidised by Yellow Pigeon Bespoke Furniture):

    Conditions of return

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and arranging courier. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    My third party courier delivers furniture throughout Mainland England & Wales for a flat fee of £59.

    Delivery to Mainland Scotland (excluding Highlands) is charged at a flat fee of £89.

    For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, and other remote areas, please contact me for a quote.

    All deliveries are subject to a handling fee of £15
