In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Return and Refund Policy

I gladly accept returns and cancellations: 

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase.  Cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge of £25 to cover card merchant service and admin fees.  If a courier has been  booked and paid for the full cost of delivery charge will be paid by the customer (Courier charges are subsidised 50% by Yellow Pigeon Vintage)

I don't accept exchanges

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping

I aim to provide a personal service as far as possible and I am  pleased to offer free delivery in person via our own 'Pigeon Post' with a fully bubble wrapped and blanketed service to 150 mile radius of SY7 8QG postcode within 5-7 business day of receiving your order.  I offer delivery to ground floor only and I shall be in touch directly after your purchase to arrange a suitable delivery date. If you are located outside of my 150 mile radius, I would be delighted to arrange delivery via a third party furniture courier with a fully blanketed service within Mainland UK for a small surcharge per the pricing scale below.  Third party courier service is for a one man service to ground floor only and assistance would be required with unloading:

0 - 150 miles within 5 - 7 business days £0

150 - 200 miles up to 14 business days £40

200 - 250 miles up to 14 business days £50

For shipping over 250 miles,  to avoid disappointment please contact us with your postcode for an indicative quote and timeframe
