Stunning Antique Painted Glazed Gin Display Cabinet / Drinks Cabinet on Cabriole Legs with Ball and Claw Feet in Farrow and Ball Hague Blue

Description:

A beautiful antique Victorian glass double china / display cabinet standing on cabriole legs with ball and claw feet, perfect for displaying your gin collection and glasses. Dating probably from the early 1900's this elegant cabinet has double lockable doors and three wood adjustable shelves and is in very good order with a new lock and key fitted. It has been carefully sanded, restored and hand painted externally in Farrow & Ball's deep and dark greeny blue 'Hague Blue' Modern Eggshell and internally in Little Greene's 'Dark Lead Grey' Intelligent Satinwood. This piece would be a fabulous addition to a hallway, dining room, landing or indeed any contemporary room as a display cabinet, china cabinet or drinks cabinet.

Condition:

This piece is in excellent clean and tidy condition with no damage to note apart from the minor nicks, dents and previous repairs which are to be expected with vintage and antique pieces and adds to their character. The doors unlock easily with the nkey which I've fitted and close with ease, and the glass has been fully cleaned. The wooden shelves are adjustable and are solid and sturdy for holding plenty of items.

In terms of the finish, I don't just slap on a coat of chalk paint on my pieces and call them upcycled - each of my pieces undergoes a lengthy process of restoration and preparation before being painstakingly stripped, cleaned, restored, woodworm treated if there is any sign of historic woodworm, primed and undercoated before painting a minimum of four coats and a lacquer to protect high traffic surfaces.

    I do accept returns under certain circumstances, however I do not accept returns if you decide on receipt of your item that the size isn't right or doesn't suit your space, or if the colour isn't as you expected. To avoid disappointment please double check the dimensions and the colour / finish before making your purchase and please do get in touch should you require any further information or clarity.

    Cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge of £50 to cover card merchant services and admin fees. If a courier has been booked and paid for the full cost of delivery charge will be paid by the customer (courier charges are 50% subsidised by Yellow Pigeon Bespoke Furniture):

    Conditions of return

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and arranging courier. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    I aim to provide a personal service as far as possible and I am pleased to offer free delivery with this piece in person via our own 'Pigeon Post' with a fully bubble wrapped and blanketed service to 100 mile radius of SY7 8QG postcode.  Delivery is to ground floor and I shall be in touch directly after your purchase to arrange a suitable delivery date. If you are located outside of my 100 mile radius, I would be delighted to assist with arranging delivery via a third party furniture courier with a fully bubble wrapped and blanketed service within Mainland UK for a small surcharge.  To avoid disappointment please contact me with your post code for an indicative quote and timeframe.
