Art Deco Painted Black Walnut Cocktail Drinks Cabinet in Farrow & Ball Off Black
Don't wait for cocktail o'clock! A beautiful burr walnut veneered Art Deco cocktail cabinet with lockable double cabinet with shelves and two drawers for storing glasses, drinks and other sundries. It also has a mirrored pull down cabinet with a striped pattern base covered with glass for making those all important drinks kitted out with vintage cocktail spikes and comes alive when it is opened as it is automatically illuminated*. The beautiful ornate brass handles are original and I have cleaned and polised these by hand (they are not sprayed or painted over). This very glamorous and handsome cabinet has been carefully stripped, cleaned and prepared and fully refurbished before being primed and painted inside and out in Farrow & Ball's 'Off Black' Modern Eggshell and I’ve added a funky twist to one of the drawers and inside the cabinet with an art deco gatsby paper. I have relined the inside of the second drawer with a sumptous blush pink velvet. This piece would be a fabulous feature in a dark, dramatic dining room or living room and is perfect for entertaining.
*Please note the electrics have not been PAT tested by an electrical engineer however the light is fully working with a brand new light bulb and plug fitted.
Condition:
This piece is in excellent condition, having been completely refurbished throughout from a very sorry and neglected state. The back mirror and glass shelf is original and there are some minor signs of foxing, and I have fitted a brand new mirror to the pull down. There is no notable damage, save for minor dents, knocks and imperfections which are to be expected with vintage and antique pieces. I don't just slap on a coat of chalk or mineral paint and call my pieces upcycled; each of my pieces undergoes a lengthy process of restoration and preparation before being painstakingly stripped, cleaned, woodworm treated if required, and primed and undercoated before painting a minimum of 4 coats to ensure a high quality finish.Check out my 5 star reviews on Etsy and Vinterior since 2016.

I do accept returns under certain circumstances, however I do not accept returns if you decide on receipt of your item that the size isn't right or doesn't suit your space, or if the colour isn't as you expected. Cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge of £50 to cover card merchant services and admin fees. If a courier has been booked and paid for the full cost of delivery charge will be paid by the customer (courier charges are 50% subsidised by Yellow Pigeon Bespoke Furniture):
