Beautiful Vintage Sprung 1950's Cocktail / Boudoir / Nursing Chair
Description:This is a lovely vintage 1950's cocktail / occasional chair which I have reupholstered in a beautiful navy blue velvet and piping to match using traditional upholstery methods. It has a fabulous quilted back with a sprung seat and the chair sits on super little legs which have been carefully sanded, prepared and painted in a Farrow & Ball's 'Off Black' Modern Eggshell to complement the brand new fabric. This chair would make a fantastic statement in any room. Condition:The chair is in very good condition with no damage to note. We don't just slap on a coat of chalk paint and call our pieces upcycled, each of our pieces undergo a lengthy process of preparation before being fully sanded, woodworm treated if there is any sign of historic woodworm, and primed and undercoated before painting with a minimum of 3-4 coats to ensure a high quality finish.

We aim to provide a personal service as far as possible and we are pleased to offer free delivery with this piece in person via our own 'Pigeon Post' with a fully blanketed service to 50 mile radius of SY7 8QG postcode. We offer delivery to ground floor only and we shall be in touch directly after your purchase to arrange a suitable delivery date. If you are located outside of our 50 mile radius, we would be delighted to arrange delivery via a third party furniture courier with a fully blanketed service to Mainland UK for a small surcharge. To avoid disappointment please contact me with your post code for an indicative timeframe and quote.
