Elegant Painted Art Deco Bow Fronted Gin Cabinet in Farrow and Ball Hague Blue
Description:
This is a beautiful vintage art deco bow fronted glass gin/display cabinet standing on cabriole legs with ball and claw feet. It benefits from two brand new polished glass shelves internally with a single glazed door and glass sides. This elegant cabinet is well proportioned and is in very good order with the original lock and key still working. It has been carefully sanded, restored and hand painted externally in Farrow & Ball's deep and dark 'Hague Blue' Modern Eggshell and lined internally with a contrasting grey velvet. This piece would be a fabulous addition to a hallway, dining room, landing or indeed any contemporary room as a display cabinet, china cabinet or drinks cabinet.
Condition:
This piece is in very good condition with no damage to note apart from the minor nicks, dents and previous repairs which are to be expected with vintage and antique pieces and adds to their character. We don't just slap on a coat of chalk paint on our pieces and call them upcycled - each of our pieces undergo a lengthy process of restoration and preparation before being painstakingly stripped, cleaned, restored, woodworm treated if there is any sign of historic woodworm, primed and undercoated before painting a minimum of 3/4 coats to ensure a high quality finish. Our pieces are not distressed or shabby chic, they will naturally distress over time with general wear and tear, like all furniture does.

We aim to provide a personal service as far as possible and we are pleased to offer free delivery with this piece in person via our own 'Pigeon Post' with a fully blanketed service to 50 mile radius of SY7 8QG postcode. We offer delivery to ground floor only and we shall be in touch directly after your purchase to arrange a suitable delivery date. If you are located outside of our 50 mile radius, we would be delighted to arrange delivery via our furniture courier with a fully blanketed service within Mainland UK for a small surcharge. To avoid disappointment please contact me with your post code for an indicative quote and timeframe. Third party courier service is for a one man service to ground floor only and assistance would be required with unloading.
