Mid Century Danish Style Teak Extending Dining Table by Sutcliffe of Todmorden

A beautiful mid century Danish style extending teak dining table by Sutcliffe of Todmorden from the 1960's, seating four chairs unextended and six with the extension. I have worked on the table to remove heat ring marks and clean it and I've used danish oil to preserve it and the teak is stunning and wonderfully patterned with rich colours. The Sutcliffe label can be found on the extension leaf.

The McIntosh chairs and the salt and peppers pots in the photograph are also listed for sale separately.

Condition:

The table is excellent vintage condition with some age related marks and scuffs to the sides of the table and the extension section has a slightly newer finish than the ends which is common for extendable tables. To extend the table the ends pull apart to reveal the extending section which rotates and folds out easily. The mechanism is in excellent working order and can be used with ease by one person.     Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

    Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase.  Cancellations are subject to a £25 charge to cover card merchant services and admin fees.  If a courier has already been booked and paid for the full cost of the delivery will be charged to the customer (Yellow Pigeon Bespoke Furniture subsidises 50% of delivery charges)

    Delivery is free of charge to 150 miles of SY7 8QG postcode within 5-7 business day of receiving your order via a fully blanketed and protected two man ser vice and I shall be in touch directly after your purchase to arrange a suitable delivery date. Delivery surcharges over 150 miles are as per pricing scale below.​
