Mid Century Modern 1960's Chest of Drawers in Teak by Herbert Gibbs Refurbished

A Mid Century Modern Chest of Drawers / Tallboy in Teak by Herbert E Gibbs, dating from the 1960's. It has five good sized drawers, fitted with the original handles. Badged on the reverse with the Gibbs label as can be seen in the photos.

Condition:

This piece had the top coming unstuck and completely peeling off, which I have restored. There are some slight signs of bubbling to the veneer on the top and some minor chips and marks here and there, however overall it is in very good clean vintage condition as to be expected and can be seen in the photos. One of the handles on the second drawer has been damaged previously, however this is hard to spot and not immediately obvious. Please contact me if you'd like to see more detailed photos. The drawers open and close with ease and I have waxed the runners.

    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

    Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase.  Cancellations are subject to a £25 charge to cover card merchant services and admin fees.  If a courier has already been booked and paid for the full cost of the delivery will be charged to the customer (Yellow Pigeon Bespoke Furniture subsidises 50% of delivery charges)

    My third party courier delivers furniture throughout Mainland England & Wales for a flat fee of £59.

    Delivery to Mainland Scotland (excluding Highlands) is charged at a flat fee of £89.

    For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, and other remote areas, please contact me for a quote.

    All deliveries are subject to a handling fee of £15
