Mid Century Modern Chest of Drawers Tallboy in Teak and Walnut by Alfred Cox

A Mid Century Modern Chest of Drawers / Tallboy in Teak and Walnut by Alfred Cox, dating from the 1960's. It has five good sized drawers with the top drawer containing the distinctive Alfred Cox black badge and each are fitted with the original handles.
Condition:
This piece had been very poorly painted in a cream coloured paint by a previous owner with the drawers painted shut, which I have completely removed and restored the original teak and walnut with lacquer. It is in very good clean vintage condition with no major damage to note apart from some shade variation along with minor age related marks and scuffs as to be expected and can be seen in the photos. The drawers open and close with ease and I have waxed the runners.  Check out my 5 star reviews on Etsy and Vinterior since 2016.

    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

    Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase.  Cancellations are subject to a £25 charge to cover card merchant services and admin fees.  If a courier has already been booked and paid for the full cost of the delivery will be charged to the customer (Yellow Pigeon Bespoke Furniture subsidises 50% of delivery charges)

    My third party courier delivers furniture throughout Mainland England & Wales for a flat fee of £59.

    Delivery to Mainland Scotland (excluding Highlands) is charged at a flat fee of £89.

    For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, and other remote areas, please contact me for a quote.

    All deliveries are subject to a handling fee of £15
