Description:

A Mid Century Modern Oak E Gomme G Plan Brandon Gentleman's / Compactum Wardrobe and Chest of Drawers Bedroom Set, manufactured in the UK in the 1950's. The chest of drawers has four drawers, each fitted with oak handles, and the top drawer with the E Gomme G Plan gold stamp inside. It has a tilting mirror which can be used as intended with the mirror or if preferred, the mirror could be easily removed as per the photographs. The mirror will be detached for transit purposes. The wardrobe has three drawers and cupboard with shelf below, and a wardrobe to the left with hanging rail and tie rack with the E Gomme G Plan gold stamp on the inside door. Each are fitted with oak handles.

Condition:

I have refinished the top of the chest of drawers and drawer fronts and the top of the wardrobe and I have waxed and polished the whole units. They are both in very good clean vintage condition with minor signs of previous use and no major damage to note apart from some minor scuffs and knocks to the cabinets. I have cleaned the set thoroughly inside and reoiled with teak oil, and the drawers and doors are opening and closing with ease.     Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

    Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase.  Cancellations are subject to a £25 charge to cover card merchant services and admin fees.

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    I aim to provide a personal service as far as possible and I am pleased to offer free delivery with this piece in person via our own 'Pigeon Post' with a fully bubble wrapped and blanketed service to 100 mile radius of SY7 8QG postcode.  Delivery is to ground floor and I shall be in touch directly after your purchase to arrange a suitable delivery date. If you are located outside of my 100 mile radius, I would be delighted to arrange delivery via a third party furniture courier with a fully bubble wrapped and blanketed service within Mainland UK for a small surcharge. To avoid disappointment please contact me with your post code for an indicative quote and timeframe if you are located outside of this radius.  Third party courier service is for a one man service to ground floor and assistance is required with unloading.  Alternatively I live in Shropshire and collection can be arranged if preferred.
