Set of Four Chippendale Style Dining Chairs by James Phillips & Sons Bristol

A set of four Chippendale Style chairs with pierced splat backs by The House of Phillips, Union Street, Bristol. Featuring Queen Anne legs with ball and claw feet, the drop in seats have been professionally upholstered in my workshop in a duck egg Songbird fabric to meet current fire regulations and scotchgarded for protection against spills and marks. I have cleaned and polished the wood with orange oil. The James Phillips & Sons maker's badge can be found on the undersides of the chairs.

Fabric composition: 74% Cotton, 26 % Linen. Heavy Duty Upholstery Fabric. 35,000 Martindale Rub Count.

Condition:

The chairs are solid and sturdy, in good condition with no damage to note apart from the minor nicks, dents and previous repairs commensurate with age and adds to their character. Please see photos for condition and contact me directly if you have any condition related concerns.

    I gladly accept returns and cancellations: 

    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

    Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase.  Cancellations are subject to a £25 charge to cover card merchant services and admin fees.  If a courier has already been booked and paid for the full cost of the delivery will be charged to the customer (Yellow Pigeon Bespoke Furniture subsidises 50% of delivery charges)

    I don't accept exchanges

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

    Conditions of return

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    My third party courier delivers furniture throughout Mainland England & Wales for a flat fee of £59.

    Delivery to Mainland Scotland (excluding Highlands) is charged at a flat fee of £89.

    For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, and other remote areas, please contact me for a quote.

    All deliveries are subject to a handling fee of £15
