Super Chic Vintage Painted Large Black Walnut Cocktail Cabinet

Transport yourself back to the chic 1940's with this beautiful large walnut vintage cocktail cabinet. It benefits from two separate cabinets and a top pull down cabinet, each with the stunning original carved rose handles. It is beautifully mirrored internally and the cabinets have shelves and drawers for storing drinks and/or glasses. Unfortunately the doors are no longer able to be locked. Externally the cabinet is framed with beautiful hand carvings and it stands on stunning carved long Queen Anne legs. This very glamorous and elegant cabinet has been carefully stripped, cleaned and prepared before being primed and hand painted in Farrow & Ball's 'Off Black' Modern Eggshell. It would be a fabulous feature in a dark, dramatic dining room, drawing room or any contemporary room and perfect for entertaining.
Condition:
This piece is in very good condition and there is no notable damage, save for minor dents, knocks and imperfections which are to be expected with vintage and antique pieces. The mirrors are slightly worn but again, no more than would be expected with a piece of this age. We don't just slap on a coat of chalk paint and call our pieces upcycled; each of our pieces undergoes a lengthy process of restoration and preparation before being painstakingly stripped, cleaned, woodworm treated if required, and primed and undercoated before painting a minimum of 3-4 coats to ensure a high quality finish. Our pieces are not distressed nor shabby chic; they will distress naturally over time with general wear and tear.

We aim to provide a personal service as far as possible and we are pleased to offer free delivery with this piece in person via our own 'Pigeon Post' with a fully blanketed service to 50 mile radius of PE8 5EB postcode. We offer delivery to ground floor only and we shall be in touch directly after your purchase to arrange a suitable delivery date. If you are located outside of our 50 mile radius, we would be delighted to arrange delivery with a fully blanketed service to Mainland UK via a third party courier for a small surcharge.
