Vintage Upcycled Flame Mahogany Cocktail Cabinet in Farrow and Ball Off Black
Description:
Don't wait for cocktail o'clock! A beautiful carved flame mahogany lockable cocktail cabinet from the 1920's on carved Queen Anne legs with original brass handles. It has a fully fitted interior with mirrored lockable double cabinet which comes alive when it’s opened as it is automatically illuminated*. Complete with glazed shelf and sliding mixer tray, there is a further single cabinet to the left with mirrored back and additional shelves. It also has three drawers below for storing additional sundries. This very glamorous and elegant cabinet has been carefully stripped, cleaned and prepared and fully refurbished before being primed and painted inside and out in Farrow & Ball's 'Off Black' Modern Eggshell and I’ve added a special touch to the drawers with a sumptous rainforest velvet. This piece would be a fabulous feature in a dark, dramatic dining room, drawing room or any contemporary room and perfect for entertaining.
Please note this piece detaches from the carved base for ease of transit.
Condition:
This piece is in excellent condition, having been completely refinished throughout. The doors and drawers open and close with ease and the locks and keys are in perfect working order. I have cleaned and polished the original handles by hand. There is no notable damage, save for minor dents, knocks and imperfections which are to be expected with vintage and antique pieces. I don't just slap on a coat of chalk or mineral paint and call my pieces upcycled; each of my pieces undergoes a lengthy process of restoration and preparation before being painstakingly stripped, cleaned, woodworm treated if required, and primed and undercoated before painting a minimum of 4 coats to ensure a high quality finish.

I do accept returns under certain circumstances, however I do not accept returns if you decide on receipt of your item that the size isn't right or doesn't suit your space, or if the colour isn't as you expected. To avoid disappointment please double check the dimensions and the colour / finish before making your purchase and please do get in touch should you require any further information or clarity.
Cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge of £50 to cover card merchant services and admin fees. If a courier has been booked and paid for the full cost of delivery charge will be paid by the customer (courier charges are 50% subsidised by Yellow Pigeon Bespoke Furniture):

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and arranging courier. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I aim to provide a personal service as far as possible and I am pleased to offer free delivery with this piece in person via our own 'Pigeon Post' with a fully bubble wrapped and blanketed service to 100 mile radius of SY7 8QG postcode. Delivery is to ground floor and I shall be in touch directly after your purchase to arrange a suitable delivery date. If you are located outside of my 100 mile radius, I would be delighted to assist with arranging delivery via a third party furniture courier with a fully bubble wrapped and blanketed service within Mainland UK for a small surcharge.
